These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DataStudio-Experts.com website and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DataStudio-Experts.com is a platform that connects Clients with independent Freelancers. We are not a party to any agreement between Clients and Freelancers. We do not employ Freelancers, and Freelancers are not our agents or representatives. We facilitate introductions, provide communication tools, and process payments, but we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or completion of any work performed by Freelancers.

Clients agree to pay for services as agreed with the Freelancer, either on an hourly basis or as a fixed-price project. Payments are processed through our Platform using third-party payment processors. All prices are listed in the currency specified on the relevant page (USD, GBP, AUD, or CAD).
Freelancers receive payment for completed work after Client approval, minus any applicable platform fees. Payment timelines and methods will be communicated during the onboarding process.
If a dispute arises between a Client and Freelancer regarding the quality or completion of work, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter directly. If resolution cannot be reached, either party may contact us at [email protected] for mediation assistance. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Client and Freelancer, all dashboards, reports, and deliverables created by a Freelancer for a Client become the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment. The Freelancer retains no rights to use, modify, or distribute the completed work without the Client's written permission.
All content on DataStudio-Experts.com — including text, design, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of DataStudio-Experts.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataStudio-Experts.com and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any services obtained through the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to DataStudio-Experts.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the quality, skill level, or reliability of any Freelancer on our Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataStudio-Experts.com and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DataStudio-Experts.com operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DataStudio-Experts.com regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
